Pluggable is the first-of-its-kind online marketplace dedicated to promoting and selling WordPress plugins developed by talented developers.

What is the Pluggable marketplace refund policy?

When we receive a refund request, our immediate response is to examine the issue to determine if it's something our support team or the plugin publisher can fix. If the plugin has a technical issue, the screenshots or video are misleading, or the plugin seller isn't responding to requests for support, we'll gather all the information we can and contact the plugin seller directly.

- If the publisher is unable to respond or address the issue within … business days, we'll grant the refund, and request that the publisher update their product with the feedback we receive.

- Make sure to review Pluggable marketplace guidelines before submitting a refund request.

- After reaching out to the plugin publisher at their listed support email address or website link for troubleshooting, you may request a refund by submitting a refund request case within 14 days from the date the transaction took place.

In the case of bugs or technical issues, please provide a detailed description of the issues by including screenshots, videos, system logs, and/or reproduction steps in order for the support team to replicate the experiences. Please also include any suggestions or support provided by the developer.

What can I do if I’m having trouble downloading a plugin I’ve purchased?

If you’re having trouble downloading the plugin file after from your dashboard, please create a support ticket with the email address associated with your account, the Order ID of the purchase, and any relevant screenshots of the issue.

Can I modify the plugins that I purchase?

Yes, you are free to modify any plugin you purchase from the Pluggable marketplace. But it will void further support and refund policy for the purchase.

Can I directly contact the publisher for a refund?

Not really. Plugin publishers are not authorized to refund any purchase. You can contact our support team with the cause of the refund. After evaluating the circumstances we will decide if your purchase is eligible for a refund.

Can I share the plugins with others?

We don’t encourage sharing your license key with others because of security concerns.

Can I use my license key on another website?

You can use a license key on any of your websites. In case you're using a single-site license, you will need to deactivate it from another website and activate it on the new website.
